AR Cloud implements a resilient dual-sync architecture. High-frequency operations (live incoming orders and kitchen tokens) use Firebase Realtime Database WebSockets. Long-term transactional records, customer logs, and analytics synchronize automatically with Google Sheets via Google Apps Script webhooks.

Firebase Realtime Database
Employs persistent bidirectional WebSocket listeners (firebaseDb.ref('AR').on('value')) delivering sub-100ms order arrival alerts from customer apps directly to the kitchen display.
Web-Bluetooth & Web-USB
Direct hardware interface using standard Web APIs to generate binary ESC/POS command streams (cutters, drawer kick, bold fonts, QR codes) with zero external drivers needed.
PWA & Service Workers
Equipped with manifest.json and sw.js. Installable directly from Chrome, Edge, or Safari with custom app icons, standalone windowing, and offline caching.
1. Orders Dashboard & Kitchen Display (KDS)
Real-time pipeline managing order lifecycle from placement to doorstep delivery.
Incoming Order Alert (New Orders Column)
When a customer places an order via the mobile app, a loud sound alarm rings and an animated alert banner flashes on screen. The order appears in the New Orders column with token ID, customer address, and items.
Accept & Send to Kitchen (In Preparation Column)
Clicking "Accept & Prepare" automatically sends the ticket to the kitchen station, moves the card to In Preparation, and can trigger an auto-KOT thermal print for the chef.
Ready for Pickup & Final Dispatch
Once cooked, the chef clicks "Ready". The card moves to Ready for Dispatch. When handed to the delivery valet or customer, clicking "Deliver" archives the order into Bills History.

Pair Bluetooth or Connect USB
Power on your thermal receipt printer. In Chrome or Edge, click "Connect Bluetooth Printer" or "Connect USB Printer".
Select Device & Grant Permission
Select your printer model (e.g., RPP02N, MPT-II, Epson TM-T88) from the browser dialog and click Pair.
Test Print
Click "Print Test Receipt". The header quick-badge will turn green (Printer Connected), ready for auto-printing KOTs and bills.
7. Assets & Apartment Delivery Logistics

Kitchen Chef (KDS)
Order Preparation & Dispatch- Keep Orders Dashboard open on the kitchen tablet.
